Walking Tour – Upper Nyack

Sunday, May 16 @ 2:00 P.M.
Sunday, September 19 @ 2:00 P.M.

This walk begins at the Edward Hopper House and proceeds north on Broadway past stately Victorian homes with ornate towers and other architectural embellishments of the time when Nyack was known as the “Gem of the Hudson.” Observe the house that is known as “Pretty Penny” and find out how it got its name. See the Port of Upper Nyack, an early shipbuilding center and a reminder of time when Nyack was a leading boat builder on the Hudson.
