Friends of the Nyacks is proud to announce
the 2009 Mostly Music Concert Series

Now on Sundays at 5:30 pm in Memorial Park

 Quadricentennial Concert Band under the direction of Charles Yassky


Upcoming Performances

July 12  -  a Native American Celebration with special Guest Speaker, Chief Macqua
of the Ramapough Nation and featuring:
Patrick Stanfield Jones Band - contemporary music and dance influenced by
Native American Culture
Authentic Native American Music led by Little Sun
Exhibit - Lenape Long House built by local volunteers under the direction of Win Perry
and The Historical Society of the Nyacks

July 19  -  Dick Voigt & The Big Apple Jazz Band performing Dixieland Jazz
(opening Jazz Week in Nyack)

July 26  -  Mayra Casales & the Coco Mamas performing Hot Salsa and Latin Jazz

August 2  -  David Gonzalez performing a piece with music
(a special composition created for the Quadricentennial Celebration)

August 9  -  Musicmakers - Ageless Vocal Music of Yesteryear; 
Frankie D & the Boys - Contemporary Rhythm & Blues plus

August 16  -  Pirell, Jones, Mastranda and Dagistino performing Sounds of the Beatles; 
International Generation - Reggae Music
